Acceptable Use

• Use MVA for your own business admin, customers and records.
• Check AI drafts before sending them to a customer.
• Tell us when something breaks — it helps everyone in the beta.

• Use MVA for fraud, scams, false invoicing or impersonating another business.
• Upload other people's personal data without a lawful reason to hold it.
• Send harassing, defamatory or unlawful content through documents or messages.
• Attempt to break workspace isolation, probe our systems, or access another business's data.
• Resell, scrape or automate bulk access to the service during the beta.
• Use Ask MVA to generate content that is illegal under Nigerian law.

We may suspend or remove access, and where the law requires it, report the matter to the relevant authority. Where possible we will contact you first and give you a chance to export your data. Report concerns to support@myvirtualadmin.ng.
