Terms of Use

Last updated 20 January 2026 · Applies to MyVirtualAdmin (myvirtualadmin.ng), operated for businesses in Nigeria.

These terms cover your use of MyVirtualAdmin during the Nigeria closed beta. We've kept them short and readable — if anything is unclear, just ask us.

1. Who can use MVA

MyVirtualAdmin is offered to businesses operating in Nigeria. You must be at least 18 and authorised to act for the business you register. During the beta, access is by invitation and we may add or remove participants.

2. Your account

Keep your password private and let us know immediately if you think someone else has access. You are responsible for activity in your workspace.

3. Your data stays yours

You own everything you put into MVA — your customers, invoices, expenses, tasks and documents. We store and process it to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export or delete it at any time.

4. Beta status

MVA is in active development. Features may change, move or be withdrawn, and occasional faults or downtime are possible. The service is provided “as is” during the beta. Please keep your own copies of anything essential to your business.

5. AI-generated content

Ask MVA produces drafts using artificial intelligence. Drafts may contain mistakes. You are responsible for checking any invoice, message, document or figure before you send or rely on it. MVA does not provide legal, tax or accounting advice.

6. Acceptable use

Use MVA lawfully and honestly. Please read the Acceptable Use page — misuse may result in your access being withdrawn.

7. Fees

The closed beta is free. If we introduce paid plans, we'll tell you clearly in advance and you will never be charged without agreeing first.

8. Ending your access

You can stop using MVA and delete your account whenever you like. We may suspend access if these terms are broken or if the beta ends, giving you reasonable notice and time to export your data.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by Nigerian law, our liability arising from your use of the beta is limited. We are not liable for lost profits or business losses caused by errors in AI-generated drafts you did not check.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
